Mixed Martial Arts
Our MMA program blends striking, wrestling, and grappling into a structured training system designed for both experienced beginners and competitive athletes. Classes focus on developing a strong understanding of distance management, timing, positioning, transitions, and decision-making, helping students learn how to effectively combine all aspects of MMA together in live situations.
What to Expect
Every Mixed Martial Arts class at Method Academy follows a structured format designed to build both technical skill and physical conditioning progressively.
Classes begin with a focused warm-up targeting discipline-specific movements, followed by technique instruction and drilling. The final portion includes live sparring or situational training, allowing you to apply what you've learned under controlled pressure.
All experience levels are welcome. Our curriculum is designed so beginners and advanced practitioners can train together productively, with coaching tailored to individual skill levels.
