This website is operated by METHOD MMA PTE. LTD. (UEN: 202613793G), trading as Method Academy, located at 18 Sam Leong Rd, #01-01, Singapore 207909.

We collect personal data that you voluntarily provide when you:
- Submit the contact form (name, email, phone number, message)
- Purchase a membership or class pack via Vibefam
- Book a class or personal training session
- Make an in-person payment
3. How We Use Your Data
- To respond to your enquiries and process bookings
- To manage your membership and class attendance
- To process payments securely
- To send relevant updates about your membership or schedule changes
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. We do not use your phone number for telemarketing or promotional SMS. If this changes, we will check the Do Not Call (DNC) Registry before contacting you.
4. Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services to operate:
- Vibefam, class booking and membership management
- Stripe, payment processing (via Vibefam)
- Web3Forms, contact form submission
- Google Maps, embedded map on the contact page
- Vercel, website hosting
Each service processes data in accordance with their own privacy policies. We do not store payment card details, all payment data is handled directly by Stripe.
5. Data Retention
We retain your personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, or as required by law. Contact form submissions are retained for up to 12 months. Membership and payment records are retained as required for accounting and legal purposes.
6. Your Rights Under PDPA
Under the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA), you have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate data
- Withdraw consent for data collection
- Request deletion of your personal data

This website uses essential cookies required for the site to function. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. Third-party embeds (e.g. Google Maps) may set their own cookies.
